Got a friend that needs a real cheap computer. I was looking at newegg's
site and was looking at some motherboards. Thinking micro atx is going to be
the cheapest way to go.All he does is monitor oxygen levels in his catfish
ponds. Newegg has a PC chips motherboard with onboard audio, video, ram and
a duron processor onboard for 109.00 bucks. Was also looking at a biostar
board with onboard audio and video, would have to put ram and processor on
that board. Never built a micro atx system. I was looking at power supplies
and cannot find anything much bigger than 230 watts. I was always told on
amd processors try to get at least 350 watts and use good power. Is the
power thing not that much of a concern on a micro atx system. Just wondering
what some of you other folks are doing. Also any suggestions on a case would
be helpful.
Thanks in advance
