I want to buy a Minolta A1 Camera but it is very expensive in UK. I am
visiting San Francisco in March and want to take advantage of the good
exchange rate and also the fact that in USA cameras are cheaper. Has anyone
any knowledge of a supplier in the Bay area where I could obtain one

Try San Jose Camera. I was in there this weekend and the price
was $839. They are close to Fry's but their price is $899.

Hi,

Please could someone help me too...

I also want to buy the Minolta A1 camera - but the cheapest price in
the UK is $1124. I thinking about going to New York / Manhattan at the
end of the month, does anyone know if there's a high street shop that
can supply the camera cheaper?

Is the Minolta warranty a world wide one, or specific to America?

Cheers.
