Post subject: Motherboard problem?

Over the last several months my computer has become less and less
dependable. With constant crashes for no reason (the computer just
reboots) I thought there may have been something up with Windows. So I
took to formatting the drive and re-installing Windows XP HE. Now the
computer boots but, when it should kick into the Windows GUI, the
computer reboots starting and endless cycle.

I have the IWill KA266-R with 512MB memory, 2 40GB disk drives, a
Creative Labs sound card, and a fairly new ATI Radeon 9600XT. My
suspicion is that there is some sort of incompatibility with the
motherboard and the ATI card.

Any ideas how to fix this problem? Thanks!

you may either have a power supply problem or a flacky memory stick... first
try pulling a stick and then swapping them in one slot
and on the softwarz side drivers... also you may have a bad Master Boot
Record.. use dos command FDISK /MBR
