Is there any help desk, training in basic use of Nero in Australia? By
basic I don't mean DVD just burning images " burn image" to a CD-R .
Ability/rate of learning indicator took 40 hours, 3 teachers/schools to
learn cut and paste.
Whinging to Nero in Dartmund, Germany and the Australian distributors no
results.
tia.
