On board sound IMO.

Install both and decide for yourself.
I have a Live! 5.1 DE, and was never really that happy with, especially
since Creative keeps pushing out new versions of EAX that the card won't
support, and it never seems to work that well with older versions of EAX
either, so I don't think I will bother installing the Live! card to my NF7-s
board. I am using analogue speakers BTW
It probably also depends upon what you use the card for exactly, maybe you
should specify.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Hi, and thanks for answer my post, well I'll use the sound card basically
for games, nothing special.

I have another question about the Media XP, is this device going to work
with my mobo too?, thanks.

I tried to get the Media XP to work with my AN7 and the card readers
wouldn't work. There is another guy on the forum that is trying to get the
Media XP to work with his NF7 and he can't do it either. On another forum,
I was told that since the USB connectors on the motherboard are 2.0 and the
Media XP is wired for 1.0, it won't work. I know that 2.0 was supposed to
be downward compatible, but there must be something in the Media XP that is
blocking it. I sold my XP on e-Bay because I couldn't get it to work.

The problem might be due to not having the correct USB drivers! For this
board the have to be XPs own drivers. These need to be downloaded. Do not
use the drivers provided by Abit.

Also have you checked the website for Media XP for troubleshooting?

Not in my experience. I had the XP drivers and installed them. It still
wouldn't work with my AN7.

I am still trying to install my Media XP on a NF7-S ... already installed
all the drivers I could find ...
When installing the Media XP in winxp we even don't have to install any
drivers it's detected without problems ...
But it doesn't work ... I've contacted with Abit to find a sollution ...
Hopefully I don't have to wait a decade for
an answer from Abit.
If they come with a working sollution ... I will post it ASAP

By the Way ... how or where can we download XPs usb-drivers
