I do not see my Ethernet card when issuing the command "ipconfig
/all" while logging in as the administrator. I do see the NIC when
logging in as a regular user. I have checked the Device Manager
and the NIC works fine. And it indeed works fine because I have no
problem connecting to the Internet.

Why does the NIC not show up? How do I make it to show up?
