Anybody using the Nero TV applet?

In the pursuit of a better TV viewing experience (MMC hangs after an hour,
ChrisTV image quality not as good as MMC, imho) I noticed that my Nero 7
Enhanced (wow!) has a TV thingy. It's user interface is a little strange as
is its word usage. But I was wondering if its worth the trouble (not why I
bought Nero - so no lost there)...

I have a AIW 9700 Pro running on a XP SP2 machine. Using the composite-out
from my cable box to the AIW.

I can stumble to the TV-Wizard and select Composite and DO see a picture in
the test screen; but,
1. The settings does not stick - when I go back to the Wizard it always
has tuner selected.
2. Everywhere else is seems to want to "collect" channels - but almost
all select result in a message saying "can't do that".
3. Don't see anywhere to select Composite when viewing.

Anybody know how this is suppose to work?
