Post subject: Netgear vs. Dell 10/100/1000 unmanaged switch
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>networking (more info?)

I am starting to replace my 10/100 switches for gibabit switches.
Currently, I have 3com 3300 10/100 managed switches. I don't really need
the management, I just want to speed up my network since the newer machines
are now equiped with gb cards. I was looking at the Netgear GS524T and the
Dell PowerConnect 2624. Does anyone have experiences with these units (good
or bad).
Thanks in advance...
