i have problem with netgear RP614v3 router. i have cable modem terayon
TJ 721x, my isp uses pptp and i have not problem with direct connection
over USB. configuration from my isp is:

cable modem 192.168.xxx.247
my computer 10.10.xx.247
vpn server of ISP 192.168.yyy.zzz

how should i configure my router ????
