Post subject: Netgear router repeatedly resetting
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>networking (more info?)

My Netgear MR314 gets into a repeated resetting condition.
After working for many hours without problems it starts repeated resetting
and only disconnecting the connected PC or powering down the PC, AND
removing the power lead from the PC will stop it resetting.
After the PC is powered up again the router works fine again, for many
hours.

I have been told that the router can have a problem when making many network
connections through Azureus. But I have used that for months without issue
and surely shutting down the PC or even just closing Azureus should clear
that problem?

Thanks for any help

Nigel
