Hi There
Can anyone tell me how to get an Olympus D380(C120) digital camera to work
with Windows XP
When I plug the camera in it recognises as a C120, but it says that the
driver is wrong.
Tried the CD that comes with the camera.
Been to Olympus.co.uk but the camera is not listed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Many Thanx

Mark Porter

I have the same camera, which I use on my ME system. I did a little
research, but I didn't see any drivers for XP systems.
However - I never installed the software onto my computer. I have a HP Photo
printer that has ports on it for accessing digital camera flash cards, and
that is what I use. You just slide the memory card into the printer, and you
can view, upload onto your PC, etc.
The photo printer software allows you to upload them to your computer, just
like the camera software is supposed to. You can also print from the printer
without using the computer at all, which is a nice bonus.
If you do not have a photo quality printer, and you are not able to find an
XP compatible driver, this option may be your best bet ( I have been happy
with doing it this way)

Hope this helps

Merritt

C120 is the UK name for the US D380 model.
