Well, Shuttle dropped the AN35N line unfortunately. Does anyone have
any experience, good or bad, with the MK40VN board? From the stats I
read it doesn't have the performance of the 35N, but for low-cost
builds it might be okay if it is any good.

BTW - does anyone know where An35N boards still might be available?
Newegg and Outpost don't carry them anymore, at least I can't find them
listed. Thanks...

I have a Mk 40VN in my HTPC with a Duron 1800. I didn't add any extra PCI
cards. Seems to run ok. Didn't have much luck with overclocking much but
that could be due to the CPU or memory. Nothing fancy. Just a basic board.
