Can't close my Toshiba CD-ROM drive? - Hello. I have a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-M1212 drive that refuses to close with or without a CD/DVD when the computer is on. If I turn off the computer and power it on, the drive closes and stays close. I can reopen it if I want, but then it won't close...

Hi all - when I remove/eject a CD from my CDRW drive, I periodically get the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA message, along with: If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. This doesn't happen all the time, but probably 1/2 the time.
