I use a VB601V Board with Bios FQ612. Who knows the biggest size of a
harddisk that I can use.

I believe the QF612 BIOS supports only up to 32 GB hard drive. There is
a beta (unsupported) BIOS QF4129 that supports hard drives above 65 GB,
which I take to mean up to 137 GB. This is only if you have PCB version
1.4, which I believe you do, since you are currently using the QF612
BIOS.
