S2390b CPU Question

I just installed an AMD XP 1700+ chip (retail package) the largest acording to
tyan's web page, before i did it i flashed BIOS to version 1.13.
The problem is it reads it as a 1.1 gig chip

Any Ideas on what's going on

Did you set the 2 bus speed jumpers to 133 mhz? They come from the factory
set to 100 mhz.
