SATA FIX!! - ECS tech finally got it through to me that there is a hardware issue --you can't have a primary IDE and a SATA? so i disabled the primary channel and it found the SATA drive "0' Master right away - no need to use the f6 option during setup ect. ...

Can't Install SATA?????? - i have an 848P-A ECS motherboard and i cannot get it to see the SATA hard drive?? i have 2 IDE connected to IDE 1 and IDE 2 , @ cd rom/dvd on the secondary channel, have enabled SATA Enhanced mode in the bios(auto didn't see it either)?? i don't know...

945P-A when 240+ FSB no SATA - Has anyone encounter this problem: When I increase the FSB pass 240, the board won't recognize my SATA drive. Any solution? I updated to the latest BIOS, but no avail. Thanks
