Shutterfly user problems

Anyone have problems with shutterfly?
I find their customer service slow and not that helpful.
I have a pro account with them and direct deposit.
they have not sent me my order profits of over 500.00 in over 3 months
and they are supposed to deposit if orders total over 50.00 monthly.

I am concerned because they will not respond to my emails and they have
no phone number.
Where is my @#$% money SHUTTERFLY
