Hi.. I was wondering if anyone out there has had the same issues with one of the first DVD +-R drives, the Sony DRU 500a. Over a year ago, I had one just top reading DVD's or even burning to them. I received an RMA and they sent me a reconditioned one. It worked fine..until today..same problem..it just stops reading/writing DVD's. It has the latest firmware too.. Sony refuses to replace this one and has no lemon clause. Anyone else have permanent paper weights like I do now? Brian >> Stay informed about: Sony DRU 500A Woes
