A friend of mine just changed from high speed Adelphia cable to Cox cable. When on Adelphia she was getting 4mb down since switching to Cox the speed is 200kbps down. Her previous connection was wireless the new connection is a D-Link wired network card. When I connect my laptop the connection is 4mb so the problem in her computer. So far I have run DR Tcpip LSP fix, no luck. There is no spyware on the computer and the OS is windows 2000. We have also tried a Linksys cable modem and a Motorola cable modem.
