My current camera is Cybershot P150 but it's showing age, the case
creaks a bit, lost 2 screws, and there's sign of dust contamination
inside the lens. After some 3,000 pictures over the last 2 years plus
I don't know how many more previous owner had, I think the camera's a
bit old and worn so I'd like advice on new camera.
I'd prefer to use existing Memory Sticks or CF Microdrives I have. I'd
probably like to use camera that supports microdrive as I have a
couple 6GB and a 12GB and those would last a long time with large
pictures.
5Mpix minimum, has manual setting for ISO, manual focus, manual
exposure setting, and movie as well as stills. Zoom lens 3x or more
is also prefered. >> Stay informed about: Suggest a replacement digital camera? |

Only 3,000 in 2 years? My Rebel XT has over 15,000 in 18 months and
is still going strong, knock on wood. Whatever you eventually buy,
maybe you should investigate their MTBF, customer support, and post
to their NG if they have one to find out what opinions other buyers
have of its quality, reliability, and durability
