United Kingdom - AIW Pro doesn't work -- need new TV Tuner

System:
XP Professional (SP2)
P4 2.6 GHz
512 MB RAM

Current Video Card TV Tuner:
Adapter Type: Rage128 PRO (AGP 4X), ATI
Adapter Description: All-In-Wonder 128 Pro AGP
Adapter Ram: 16 MB
Installed Drivers: ati2dvaa.dll
Resolution: 1280 x 1024 x 60 hertz
(32 bits)

Hi! I moved from the US to the UK. My Video Card is old, but still
worked in the US.

Here in the UK, it doesn't seem to interpret the PAL system.

Is there a way I can get it working if it was NTSC before?

Alternatively, I am VERY willing to upgrade to:
AGP TV Tuner
DVI Output
At least 128 MB RAM
Remote control

I have NTL/Virgin cable, and I just want to be able to watch the TV on
my PC...preferably with remote! (I don't have a TV, BUT A 19" lcd.)

Please suggest how to get my NTSC 16MB AIW working on Virgin cable in
the UK...
....or/and...
which inexpensive video card I can upgrade to for:
AGP TV Tuner
DVI Output
At least 128 MB RAM
Remote control

My All-In-Wonder 128 Pro AGP is 32MB. Thought they all were. AFAIK NTSC/PAL
can't be changed on it. I had it in my P4-2.4GHZ for a while then replaced
it with an AIW9600XT. The video inputs on the 9600 can be set to PAL but the
tuner is NTSC only. amd.ati website has a compare feature between cards.
Newer cards may do both.

I'd think you'd want to get something that does digital TV but don't really
know much about it in the UK. DVB? NTSC tuner is going to be virtually
worthless for me in about 17 months anyway. Good luck.
