Updating BIOS on 6BDU

Post subject: Updating BIOS on 6BDU
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>chaintech (more info?)

Hi, I've downloaded the latest patched BIOS for the 6BDU from
http://www.ivor.it/chain.html but I can't figure out how to install it...
The chaintech website isn't very helpful and hitting alt+f2 when starting up
doesn't seem to do anything...?

How are you supposed to update the BIOS on this board...?
