Can VA-503+ work with Asus V7100 Geforce2?

I have a Radeon 32 meg in my Soyo 5ehm (503+ cousin) and dvd playback
is great.

I have a Geforce4 MX 420 (AGP) in an FIC VA-503A, and DVD playback is also
great.
