Well,I guess this is still broken in the latest BIOS. My ram speed is reported
at 333(plus overclock) in the latest BIOS,version 3.0.The original BIOS had it
reprtd correctly, but was screwed up in other ways.I'm going to e-mail Chaintech
about it,but I'm sure they already know.Anyone else having this problem?

You're using PC3200 ram and have the ram speed set to Auto
in the Bios? That's how it works on mine to get the ram
running at 400.

Are you running 3 sticks of ram? I could only get DDR 333 with 3 sticks.

The original bios(1.0) reported temps in the negative. It also had a few
features missing.

negative temps lol!
How much did it go up with newer bios?

I'm running 3200+ Newcastle with the VN120A19 BIOS (10-26-04) and it
fixed an incompatibility I had with a NEC 8x DVDRW and a 48x AOPEN CDRW,
but my CPU temp is +20C with any BIOS newer then 1.0 and Cool n Quite
still makes the PC lockup!, runs great otherwise. Smile
