HI I purchased lots of old camera equipment containing several vintage
voightlander lenses. There's one in particular I'd like to know more about.
I'll give all the information on the lens: Voightlander Compur Braunschweig
D.R.P. 258646 D.R.O.M. 282mm No. 261678 There's so much info I don't even
know what to put. I was told that It's dirty but in great shape but no clue
on specific age or value. Is there someone who could help me? Thanks!!

Sounds like an 8x10 format lens.

Try posting to rec.photo.equipment.large-format.

Also do a search for voigtlander Compur Braunschweig on google.com and
you'll find some interesting discussions of related equipment, including
auctions.
