Post subject: WoodCrest (BX805565130P) 2.0 GHZ active/passive heat sink options? Which is best?
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>chips (more info?)

Anyone know which heatsink I should go with on this chip... Some
packages come with an active one, while others have a 2U passive one
(what does the 2U refer to? 2U in height?)...

I will have this going into a 2U server case which will be a 2TB backup
(NAS) server with 2003 storage server...

Thanks
