Ok, the Mobo and CPU when idling have the following...
Mobo 30 Cent
CPU 26 Cent

Using RivaTuner, I have the following for the GPU....
Core Clock 499.5
Memory Clock 594.0
Core Temp 57.5 Cent
Ambient 49.0 Cent
Fan Duty 27.27%
Fan Speed 1899 RPM
Voltage Output (V) 1.20V
Votage Regulator 69.0 Cent
Volrage Regulator Current 8.18A

Using Everest, I have...
GPU [Trial Version]
GPU Ambient 50 Cent
GPU VRM 69 Cent


So, thats 50 Cent Ambient, and 57.5 Cent for the Core, and Everest reporting
69 Cent for VRM.
This is all while idling, which seems a little high, but probably ok.

Looks like its the card :S

These temps are right on the money for a stock X1900/1950XT with stock
cooling. They may seem a bit high to you because the fan is temp-dependent
and is regulated to 27% PWM duty cycle when the card is idle.

Return the card through warranty if you can.

Hi Drone, I have just installed an X1950 Pro 512 MB card also, I am running
Rivatuner 2.03 but nowhere can I see Voltage Regulator Amps and temp!
Where did you find these? If you would be so kind.
I am trying to determine if my Enermax 465 watt PS is up to the task on the
12 volt rail.

If you turn on the real-time strip charts, the VRM current and temperature
appear below the other parameters like fan speed, GPU core voltage, etc.

The readings will only appear if your card can output these parameters
through its hardware monitoring interface. Most cards in fact cannot output
these parameters, and you card may be one of them. The X1950 Pro has a
different VRM design from the X1950 XT.

The VRM current reading won't indicate if your PSU is up to task. If you
want to know how much current your card draws on the 12V rail, look
elsewhere. XBit Labs haven't done a power measurement on the X1950 Pro yet.
However, the extremely similar X1900GT was measured to draw just over 6A on
the 12V rail at full load.

Thanks First of one, Mine is a Sapphire card and as you say does not seem
to have any info on the VRM, also shows 0 fan speed but the fan is running
ok.

The PSU seems to handle the card ok as I am not having any problems even in
heavy game play, will leave as is for now.
