Post subject: aopen i945pa-plf LED2 Flashes, Computer wont start

My computer was woking fine and then monitor displayed diaganal lines for half a second and then went black no beeps or alarms.
ive replaced my video card monitor and power pack but it wont start. all the fans come on and i can hear hard drive spin up but no start beep or video can somone Please help.
