you were right for most part.
what happened is the charger appears defective, it was showing batteries as
fully charged,while they were quite empty. tough call huh? who would have
thought.
I just left them in the charger for all nite.I don't assume the charger
would overcharge or damage the batteries if still left in after they are
fully charged. its either this or I get a new charger.
