bios upgrade for old 486 Olivetti TINSL

need n bios upgrade for N old 486 Olivetti TINSL tht I use as a server


I need it to be able to see larger hardrives and maybe runn NT


It has a 1993 american megarnds bios with Vers. 1.11 diagnostics

Any one got something (BIOS)

newer that they can pass along
