Post subject: Have to boot from CD when mounting SATA disc

I have mounted a new seagate sata 320 GB hard disc in my computer. See the new hard disc in BIOS. When I then boot the computer from my older harddrive IDE-disc, it won't work. The computer asks för the windows CD.
Then I dismount the new hard disc and boot the computer again.
Even this time the computer asks for the CD.
Has anything happened to the registry or the BIOS? What can I do to fix this? Question
