Yeah, I looked there, and they looked great until I started reading the
return policy, which, broadly translated, seems like "you touch it you own
it, and don't darken our door with any problems."
Since there are ALWAYS problems, I didn't think the attitude was too
encouraging.

Logicalplus.com for $239 with free shipping. I'm on the West Coast and it
comes from NY so it did take 5 or 6 days UPS ground.

That just covers their butt for drastic matters. Normally Newegg has one
of, if not THE BEST Return Policy of any online vender I've run across.
I've never had a problem or hassle with any returns and have never been
charged any restocking fees. Of course I have had very few problems with
Newegg and have only had to actually return one item, but that was handled
within minutes. Two other problems were handled by them crediting my
account and my keeping the incorrect product that I recieved rather than
having to ship it back to them. For the mst part you can't go wrong with
Newegg.

I have returned a Shuttle XPC to NewEgg for ful credit - took them about a
week to credit my credit card.
I was VERY careful to return exactly as shipped, with ALL parts, manuals
etc., packed EXACTLY as shipped.

I have given up chasing the absolute lowest price.
I have purchased Shuttle stuff from the following without issue. NewEgg is
my choice, however.

I agree, newegg is the best place to buy. I purchased a ST61g4 and had
nothing but problems with it. I returned ot to newegg and replaced it
with the new sb75s which has worked great. Nice to look at too. I have
bought many parts from newegg and never had a problem. Great to deal
with.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Where is best to buy Shuttle? |
