"Value priced" and "reliable" seem to be mutually exclusive terms in
regards to photography stuff...

All three of these also offer used items and will buy used equipment. KEH
generally makes the best offers if you want to sell anything and have an
on-line quoting system.

There's usually some Canon lenses available on eBay; of course, the normal
eBay caveats exist.
