Hi,

I bought a cable with one end fitting into the Matrox G450 and the other
fitting into a Scart-Port of my video recorder. But I can't find the image
when searching through the channels.

Do I have to activate something?

You have to activate DualHead Clone mode in the Matrox display properties.
Connect the TV and reboot (reboot may not be necessary on all systems). You
might find it useful to map a shortcut key (eg. Ctrl-F10) to Dual Head Clone
mode to turn it on and off (you map the key in the Matrox display
properties).
