Hey there,

i just got the drive the other day and hada few problems with it. I
don't know if it was the media i was using or the drive but I decided
to flash it first from the dw-u10a firmware to the dru-500a firmware,
as they are the same internally...then i flashed the dru-500a 1.1
firmware with the 2.0 firmware on the Sony site. Be careful flashing
though....if something goes wrong, you're screwed, but i had no
problem with it...have fun..
