I think the subthreshold leakage current increases as temperature is
raised.
So, the power dissipation is increased.
But, I don't know the influence of power due to the change of
temperature.
Please help me~...

Ok, then use the killfile to kill anything x-posted to a group you
don't like[*]. This thread wasn't (though I was trying to inject a
little humor too).

[*] I believe there is a *lot* of stuff these two group shave in
common. Business an technology are hard to separate. Even CA gets
into the politics of HPPAQ-d|I|g|I|t|a|l at times.
