I doubt it. Do you need it?

Many drivers have Windows display properties info pages that
will tell you if fastwrites are enabled... maybe some even
allow turning that on or off via the video card if it's
motherboard supported, but I'm not certain of this.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
