Post subject: where to find a bios upgrade

I have an Award Bios v6.00PG the bios ID is 12/06/2000-8363-686A-K7VZAC-00.
Does anyone know where I can find an upgrade for this bios?

The important part isn't the bios string, it's the make and
manufacturor of your motherboard. (or whole computer if it's a big
OEM). You want to flash the bios to solve a problem, or maybe to
facilitate the upgrade to a newer CPU. It rarely improves performance.

You need to determine the make and model number of your motherboard and then
go to that manufacturer's website for the BIOS update.
