Post subject: hard disk does not fit enclosure
Archived from groups: alt>comp>hardware (more info?)

Hi,
I ordered a "USB 2.0 Hard Disk Enclosure" but my laptop hard disk (Fujitsu
MHR2020AT) has too many pins on the connector end. ... I thought it was a
2.5'' hard drive .. it measures 2.75'' width by 4" length .... Is this not a
2.5'' hard drive?? the body of the hard drive will fit perfectly inside the
enclosure but the connector is wrong ... any ideas?
cheers
cw
