Need help on memory settings(VNF3)

My ram specs,
Crucial Balistix PC4000 2.5-3-3-8 / 2.8v

What CPU-Z SPD says,
2.0-3-3-8 @ 200MHz
2.5-4-4-10 @ 250MHz

My working configs, so far....
Bus = 200
HT = 4x
Ram: AUTO / 1T / 2-2-2-6 2.6v
AGP = 66

Bus = 220
HT = 4x
Ram: AUTO / 1T / 2.5-3-3-8 2.7v
AGP = 67

Bus = 240
HT = 3x
Ram: AUTO / 2T / 2.5-4-4-10 2.8v
AGP = 67

Hope you can make something out of that Those setting pass prime95
so that's what I been using. I can run lower timings @ 2.9V but the
gains are so small it's not worth the risk of blowing the CPUs on-die
memory controller! ;p
