Its an Nec multisync 97 and I have it hooked up to 2
computers with a KVM switch. Both have the same issue.
Its been working fine but just recently the icons and
text at the top of the display are "squashed" looking.
They are normal at the bottom.
I can't find anyway to adjust.
Maybe its time for a new one?

Thanks

You have what is called a vertical linearity problem. If the monitor
is more than a year old, it is probably cheaper to buy a new one.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Vertical linearity problems in older monitors or TVs could be caused
by dried out electrolytic capacitors in the vertical deflection stage.
It's a cheap and simple repair, ... if you can do it yourself.
