Post subject: Need help getting older infrared (IRDA) working
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard (more info?)

I have an older Amptron "Book PC" that I recently installed XP Pro on.
All works fine in terms of the wirless keyboard. But the remote control
that came with it only has limited functionality. I can move the
cursor around with it, but none of the media controls (pause, ff,
rew...) work. I'm not sure what exactly to search for, and anybody
help?
