Post subject: home PPC networking
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>networking (more info?)

After many days trying to figure out what has been going wrong with my
SanDisk SD wifi card in my XDA 2 and connecting to my Netgear router, lots
of time spent on the phone to Netgear and SanDisk and the wonderful
suggestions from this helpful newsgroup I've managed to get Internet access
on my PPC by discovering the Network Card Applet in the Connections Tab.
But I'm still not getting access to my desktop PC files even though I have
set it up to share them.

Anybody know why I may be getting Internet access through my router yet not
getting access to my desktop computer from my PPC?

Jamie
