Post subject: trying to identify sdram chip
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>chips (more info?)

I have a 64Mb Apacer branded PC133 168-pin module. I am trying to find
out if this is a non-ECC module.

There are 8 chips on one side only.

Markings are -
N364804CT3C
75A 06K3907
IBM CP CT
A1513306 PQ

Also a sticker with P/N: 71.63350.364 and S/N: 2300333-00135 (which I
cannot find on Google search)

Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

With only 8 chips on board, this could only be a non-ecc/non-parity module...
