Post subject: installing XP on a HD in a USB enclosure
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>storage (more info?)

If I boot up with the XP-SP2 cd I see the Maxtor inside the USB 2.0
enclosure I purchased but If I try to install on that FAT32 drive it
tells me it cannot.

Any tricks involved? it would be nice to have it as a kickstart just in
case something happens to the main drive.
