k7dd dual cpu machine

im having stability issues ive noticed its fine on everyday usage but in
more demanding things like gaming its crashing the game

my cpus 1800+mps should run at 1.75v tho the motherboard reads slightly
under that at 1.74

is this ok or is this likely to be the problem ?

is there anyway i can increase the voltage my cpus recieve? if so
how theres nothing in the hand book about it


and i use a 400w psu fyi
