first of all , with onboard video the comp always posts 2 beeps , a second
or two apart? second of all it will not acept a stand alone video card PCI
or AGP ?? -- except when it feels like it. the latest bios is installed and
i have cleared the bios several times?? any ideas? running winxp pro

i'd look to the psu first. get hold of a digital multimeter ($15) and check the 12v line.
