Thoughts? It seems memory price hikes are almost an annual event, will the
prices drop significantly before Christmas this year or is cheap memory a
thing of the past?

I've been wondering the same thing. They have waited longer to drop
this year, which may not be a good sign. But most people are buying
256MB and the demand doesn't seem very high.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
