Not likely. It's use is for transferral of pictures mainly.

Probably not since the charger came with the digicam.
It's really more of a battery eliminator, "bypassing" the batteries
alltogether. An in-camera charge-ability would lead to a bigger camera
incorporating the circuits for the charger and such.

Well, you gotta use (the) software (supplied with the camera) to
stitch them together.
There are other, possibly better programs available online - search
for panorama on this page: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://home19.inet.tele.dk/ne/software.htm" target="_blank">http://home19.inet.tele.dk/ne/software.htm</a>

imaging resource said it has good battery times - steve says 120-150
pics, and I suppose the charger is fast, more like max 2 hours?
Mine is 11 hours, but then again the batteries (AA-type, 2000mAH)
could last for over 250 shots in a Canon PowerShot A60 - that's like a
full 256MB card.
You could get another battery and just "top-off" the batteries before
going on a trip, no worries.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
