Any way to override/change multipliers on P4-D's?

Post subject: Any way to override/change multipliers on P4-D's?
Archived from groups: comp>sys>ibm>pc>hardware>chips (more info?)

I've noticed there are ways to change the vcore on P4-D's (via conductive
paint) are there any similar ways to modify multipliers (I doubt it, but I
had to ask)?
